By downloading, installing, or using the Solven mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Solven is a productivity application that provides:

  • Pomodoro timer functionality
  • Audio environments for focus
  • Session tracking and statistics
  • iCloud synchronization
  • Customizable themes and settings

User Accounts

Sign in with Apple

  • You may create an account using Apple's Sign in with Apple feature
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information

Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use Solven for:

  • Personal productivity and time management
  • Legitimate business purposes
  • Educational purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Solven and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
  • The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of any content you create using the App
  • You grant us a license to use your content for app functionality and improvement

Subscription and Payments

Free Features

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • All billing is managed by Apple; Solven does not process payments directly.

Disclaimers

No Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

By You

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • You may delete your account through the app settings

By Us

  • We may terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
